Stan's Shoes, with locations in Brookfield, WI, Glendale, WI and Greenfield, WI is looking to hire a full-time Fit Specialist / Sales Associate to join our team. Do you want to work for an established company and be part of a supportive retail team? If so, please read on!

This retail footwear sales position earns a competitive base pay or commission (whichever is greater) with great earning potential. Majority of sales associates make $18+ per hour with top earners averaging more than $22 per hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIT SPECIALIST / SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Fit Specialist / Sales Associate, you provide a service that has been the cornerstone of our business for the past 74 years. It is your goal to "make a friend" as Stan would say and find the perfect fit for our customers. You communicate with them in a positive, engaging, and authentic manner to develop relationships and build loyalty. With a personalized approach, you measure feet, suggest footwear styles, and help customers try on different shoes until they find the perfect pair. You share information about store events, new merchandise, and shoe parties as well as enroll customers in our rewards program. Your expert shoe knowledge and customer service skills help you to meet and exceed sales goals. You love meeting new people each day and seeing your hard work reflected in your paycheck!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIT SPECIALIST / SALES ASSOCIATE

• Sales ability - retail sales experience is helpful but not required, we can teach you!
• Ability to use a point-of-sale system
• Outgoing personality

WORK SCHEDULE

This retail position typically works a mix of day and evening shifts, 40 hours per week. Our store closes at 7 pm on weekdays, 6 pm on Saturdays, and 5 pm on Sundays. Our stores are closed on all major Holidays.
