Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, pricing, stocking, and customer service under the guidance of the GSM/DM. You will manage daily tasks, staff scheduling, and ensure a productive, service‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities include achieving departmental goals, executing merchandising directives, coordinating events and product demos, and participating in interviewing and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct department staff daily and manage tasks.
• Support achievement of sales, margin, and payroll goals.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan‑ograms.
• Ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience for customers.
• Staff department with service‑oriented associates; assist in interviewing and training.
• Coordinate events and product demonstrations; maintain pricing accuracy.
• Address customer and associate issues with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Provide legendary customer service and promote loyalty programs.
