Responsible for the final quality check before product boxing and ensuring proper labeling according to work orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper icing of all fish orders
• Assist in salmon line runs
• Proper boxing, weight recording, and labeling of seafood per work orders
• Accurate completion of work orders for customer service
• Assist in salmon and other species prep, filleting, and line production
