Brilliance.com is seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer/Shipper to efficiently process customer orders with accuracy. If you are organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in precision, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist with restocking.
  3. Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipments, generate labels and tracking information via Parcel Pro or similar systems, and collaborate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) to ensure timely deliveries.
  4. Handle small or fragile items carefully to ensure secure packaging and shipment.
  5. Quality Control: Inspect items for accuracy and defects prior to shipping.
  6. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
  7. Documentation & Reporting: Keep order logs, update shipment records, and communicate order statuses with internal teams.
  8. Customer Support: Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve order issues. Manage daily office tasks such as responding to emails, answering calls, checking voicemails, and following up with clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations (eCommerce logistics experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight shipping deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order management systems (WMS), shipping software (Parcel Pro, FedEx, UPS), and barcode scanners.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or similar productivity tools.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and fulfillment software.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanning and warehouse management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics best practices.
Terms:
  • Salary: $40,000 - $47,500 per year (negotiable).
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends as needed, 8-hour shifts.
  • Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, 5 paid vacation days after one year, paid holidays including New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.
