SBS Acquisition Company LLC is seeking entry-level staff for fish salting in a fast-paced food processing setting. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided. You will stand for long periods, handle trays of fish, and apply salt according to company procedures.

Employees must follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and FSQMS requirements, wear PPE, and work as part of a team to maintain quality and production efficiency in a cold, wet environment.

Competenze

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced food production setting.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move trays of fish.
• Ability to follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and FSQMS procedures.

Mansioni

• Move racks to salting position after a pre-salt weight.
• Salt fish fillets according to procedures and product specs.
• Return salted trays to racks for curing.
• Weigh and record salt times/weights as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety rules.
