Job summary

Strong communication and teamwork are essential for collaboration with internal and external customers. Experience with automated financial systems such as Cardinal and IMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Knowledge of GAAP, government accounting, internal controls, inventory, and compliance.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Skill in preparing financial reports and running queries.
• Experience performing data entry into automated financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: verify, reconcile invoices, data entry.
• Accounts Receivable: review and data entry AR documentation.
• Financial Data: run queries, compare expenditures, maintain reports.
• Inventory Data Processing: data entry for IMS and Cardinal, verify daily transactions.
• Time and Attendance: data entry of hours, leave, and travel reimbursements.
• SPCC Direct Charge and Procurement: prepare requisitions and purchase orders.
• Travel: data entry of travel authorizations and reimbursements.
