Responsibilities

• Manage office procedures and implement administrative workflows.
• Maintain compliance with WSDOT rules and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Supervise and train staff; assign and prioritize work.
• Coordinate disaster and emergency response processes and rest area coffee scheduling.
• Review and forward 3rd party damage estimates.
• Coordinate with maintenance on accident reports and timelines.
• Assist with permit processes.
• Oversee inventory of consumables and stockpile; manage POs and transfers.
• Perform performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Collaborate on reimbursable and payable agreements.
• Review employee data entry in DOTtime.
