Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience at a level equivalent to Fiscal Specialist 1 and 15 quarter hours or 10 semester hours of college level accounting.
• Experience with fiscal and budgetary responsibilities including grants, contracts, state funds or program funds.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and maintenance of payroll records.
• Develop, modify, and maintain budgets and reporting for varied funding sources.
• Forecast fiscal needs and prepare planning documents and reports.
• Coordinate purchasing, travel, and expense management for the college.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and internal controls.
