The Department of Emergency Medicine seeks a Fiscal Services Technician to maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, review expenditures, and process payments and invoices within a fast-paced academic setting.

You will support financial compliance, respond to inquiries from faculty, staff, and external partners, coordinate with University business offices, and help ensure timely, confidential handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and review financial transactions and expenditures.
• Monitor financial activity and prepare reports to support budgeting and compliance.
• Process payments, invoices and related fiscal documentation.
• Assist with financial compliance and issue resolution for department.
• Serve as a resource for faculty, staff and external partners; communicate timely
• Coordinate with University business offices to support efficient operations.
