Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Business Administration). 5 years related business office and accounting experience.
• Strong data entry and reporting capabilities with cross-department liaison responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly client data tracking for accuracy across fiscal and other departments.
• Enter and manage child welfare client data for monthly billing cycles.
• Reconcile data to support timely, accurate monthly billing.
• Back-up for accounts payable and payroll processing as needed.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of credit card statements and staff travel reimbursements.
• Support payroll processing and 401k matching calculations.
• Maintain cash receipts, deposits, petty cash, and journal entries.
• Support purchasing for Ottawa location and potential expansion.
• Assist CFO with funding applications, fiscal reviews, audits.
• Prepare periodic financial account analysis.
• Maintain contracts, vendor, and grant files.
• Conduct site visits as directed.
• Answer questions about accounts and services.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement program.
• Other duties as assigned.
