The State of Delaware seeks an entry-level Fiscal Associate I to support financial operations by recording, reviewing, and processing transactions under close supervision.
You will work with forms, bills, invoices and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance while delivering reliable financial documentation and routine reporting to senior staff.
To represent the Governor in issues involving DOT and to provide leadership as the department strives to be a transparent, efficient and accountable institution in which safety, performance management and customer satisfaction are of highest priority.
This is entry level fiscal associate work recording, reviewing, and processing financial transactions, records and documents in support of the State's financial operations. Employees perform the full range of Essential Functions, completing routine and standardized assignments under close supervision.
Upon satisfactory completion of department promotional standards and job requirements, employees may be eligible to be promoted to the next level.

All new hires are required to report to the Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) on their first day of employment. Sessions are held at designated locations in Kent or New Castle County.
