The DNREC Environmental Finance Office is committed to using Federal Capitalization Grants to provide financial assistance for eligible projects that support EPA's goals and mission for water infrastructure investments and further the goals of the Department. This position will support the SRF programs through the monitoring and maintenance of financial records and by providing backup support for financial system and accounting functions.
Environmental Finance (EF) houses the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program, manages the financial component of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), and provides administrative support to the Water Infrastructure Advisory Council (WIAC) and the Clean Water Trust (CWT). This position will be located within the Environmental Finance section of DNREC and will support the management of these programs and funds, which provide necessary water infrastructure investments to strengthen the nation’s drinking water and wastewater systems. This position will be responsible for providing fiscal and administrative support.
