DelDOT in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Fiscal Advisor V to provide high-level fiscal, operational, and supervisory support. Your responsibilities will include preparing grant and financial reports, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial analysis, budget management, and staff supervision. A strong background in using First State Financials System is preferred. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
As Fiscal Advisor V, you will be providing high‑level fiscal, operational, and supervisory support, which includes preparing grant and financial reports, supervising staff, ensuring proper approval of invoices and timecards, developing annual fixed‑expense budgets, monitoring spending, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.
Additional duties include monitoring financial operations, supporting grant/contract preparation, maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and completing required ETA reporting.
