Boston College is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Finance team with daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Accounting Assistant
Reporting to the Assistant Director,Finance, the Fiscal Assistant is responsible for daily accounting,reconciliation, financial reporting and assistance with research and problemsolving that supports Auxiliary Services’ multi-department operations. This position creates and maintains various electronic financial spreadsheets,workbooks and processes used in the accounting cycle; and assists in executingessential procedures and processes for debit card accounting, inventoryentries, accounts payable, and communications regarding service with vendorsand customers.
Hiring Range: $24.76/hr to $30.96/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
