Qualifications

• Experience performing data analysis and developing custom reports.
• Knowledge of state/federal payroll, grants, and HR reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, accounts payable, fiscal reports and personnel reporting for batch services to contracted school districts.
• Assist districts with reporting and compliance with state/federal payroll, HR, grant management and fiscal laws.
• Provide technical assistance for implementing software, processes and procedures for financial and HR data handling.
• Advise district staff in data analysis, data administration, and data collection to meet needs.
• Enter and track customer support requests, updates and resolutions in the tracking system.
