Job summary

RealmOne is seeking an Authorities and Compliance Subject Matter Expert to support government missions from US locations, including Virginia. The role focuses on maintaining a robust compliance program, documenting policies, and performing internal reviews to identify regulatory weaknesses.

You will enforce policy, produce management reports, audit workflows and contractual files, and advise leadership on regulatory compliance. A active polygraph/special clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of combined experience in FISA compliance, authorities, and legal policy.
• Five (5) years of familiarity with specific DoD Targeting Tools.
• Experience consulting on design of DoD SIGINT workflows, systems, policy, process, and technical design required to enforce compliance, legal policy and intelligence collection authorities.
• Experience converting complex policy and legal requirements into technical requirements for IT system development efforts and verifying and validating that technical implementation meets needs.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities within the contract to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and well-documented and perform internal reviews to identify compliance problems and weaknesses.
• Manage and enforce an effective compliance program aligned with federal regulations.
• Expand and review company policies.
• Provide management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing management information.
• Conduct policy and workflow audits.
• Review contractual files for completeness and compliance.
• Recommend to management on the company’s current compliance with regulations.
