Job summary

RealmOne is seeking an experienced Authorities and Compliance Subject Matter Expert to support U.S. government missions, planning and coordinating compliance activities, documenting policies, and conducting internal reviews.

The role emphasizes adherence to federal regulations and robust policy implementation. Candidates should bring 10 years in FISA compliance, familiarity with DoD targeting tools, and the ability to translate policy into technical IT requirements, plus a demonstrated track

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of combined experience in FISA compliance, authorities, and legal policy.
• Five (5) years of familiarity with specific DoD Targeting Tools.
• Experience consulting on design of DoD SIGINT workflows, systems, policy, process, and technical design required to enforce compliance, legal policy and intelligence collection authorities.
• Experience converting complex policy and legal requirements into technical requirements for IT system development efforts and verifying and validating that technical implementation meets needs.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities within the contract to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and well-documented.
• Perform internal reviews to identify compliance problems and weaknesses.
• Manage and enforce an effective compliance program aligned with federal regulations.
• Expand and review company policies.
• Provide management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Conduct policy and workflow audits.
• Review contractual files for completeness and compliance.
• Recommend to management on current regulatory compliance.
