Job summary

RealmOne, a mid-sized science and technology company, is seeking an Authorities and Compliance Subject Matter Expert with DoD SIGINT and FISA compliance experience. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and enforcing compliance with federal regulations across the contract, policies, and documentation.

The position requires translating complex policy into IT requirements, conducting audits, and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of combined experience in FISA compliance, authorities, and legal policy.
• Five (5) years of familiarity with specific DoD Targeting Tools.
• Experience consulting on the design of DoD SIGINT workflows, systems, policy, process, and technical design required to enforce compliance, legal policy and intelligence collection authorities.
• Experience converting complex policy and legal requirements into technical requirements for IT system development efforts and verifying and validating that technical implementation meets needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities within the contract to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Enforce an effective compliance program in line with federal regulations.
• Expand and review company policies; provide management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Conduct policy and workflow audits and reviews of contractual files for completeness and compliance.
• Recommend to management on the company’s current compliance with regulations.
