• Hire and supervise a leadership team including grad and undergrad staff.
• Manage a budget of about $125,000 and track expenditures.
• Coordinate with health, safety, and wellbeing offices across campus.
• Respond to student crises during on-call rotations and business hours.
• Support staff recruitment, training, and department-wide initiatives.
