Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience using computer systems and Google Suite.

• Monitor and respond to emails for FYE and SOAR accounts.
• Answer the phone and assist students and families.
