The University of Michigan-Dearborn SOAR program is seeking a student assistant for winter 2027. This temporary, part-time role offers 10-12 hours per week, with a schedule that adapts to student timetables.

Compensation is $15.00 per hour, with hybrid or remote options at the department's discretion. Responsibilities include general office duties, helping students with computer access and campus resources, social media content creation, and supporting event planning and special projects.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with nontraditional/adult learners.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience creating content for social media.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Professional and courteous communication with students.
• Current UM-Dearborn undergraduate student.
• Eligible for work/study.

Responsabilités
