Job summary

Arkansas State University-Beebe's Advising & Learning Center on the Beebe Campus is hiring two Federal Work Study students for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. Each position covers 15 hours per week and focuses on front-desk tasks, scheduling, data entry, and basic office support.

Responsibilities include answering the phone, guiding students to the correct offices, filing, scanning intake forms, and maintaining a clean work area; some duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• FAFSA completion required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Experience with customer service or office environment preferred.

Responsibilities
