Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with three (3) years of related experience.
• Preferred: master’s or doctorate degree with at least five (5) years of program coordination/administrative experience.
• Experience with in-person and online instruction using advanced instructional technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans for credited technical/occupational courses and update syllabi.
• Provide classroom and online instruction and assess student progress.
• Manage program and faculty schedules and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, student affairs, and enrollment divisions to support new student orientation.
• Oversee the design and assessment of the First-Year Experience course and report on outcomes.
