Under the Assistant Director, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, supervise advisers, and help deliver student-focused services that promote success, retention, and degree completion. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, compiling enrollment reports, and partnering with campus units to align curricula and programs with student needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in the area; OR an equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Experience in academic advising or higher education environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to work with campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate undergraduate academic advising for first-year business students.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate the advising team at Tempe.
• Compile academic reports on enrollment, retention, and graduation.
