Job summary

REAL is hiring its first Forward Deployed Engineer in the U.S. to design and deploy AI-powered workflows for large real estate customers. You will collaborate with customers on-site, understand complex environments, and deliver production-ready agents and integrations that drive measurable business value.

You will own engagements end-to-end from discovery to deployment and adoption, balancing technical depth with business impact while traveling across the U.S. to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or other technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production-quality software and distributed systems.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data pipelines, databases, and enterprise software architecture.
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, automation platforms, or enterprise AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers remotely and on-site across the U.S. to understand business processes, architecture, data flows, and challenges.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer needs into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Design, build, configure, and deploy production-ready AI agents, integrations, and workflows for customer environments.
