REAL DEV INC is building an AI Execution Platform for real estate organizations. We are hiring our first Forward Deployed Engineer in the U.S.

to work directly with enterprise clients on-site across the United States. You will own engagements end-to-end—from discovery and design through deployment and adoption—designing AI-driven workflows and production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines and enterprise software architecture.
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs or enterprise AI applications.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers across the U.S. (remote and on-site) to understand business processes and data flows.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer needs into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Design, build, configure, and deploy production-ready AI agents, integrations, and workflows.
• Work hands-on with APIs, enterprise systems, data (structured and unstructured), and customer infra.
• Own customer engagements from discovery to deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Identify new AI use cases to drive platform adoption and account growth.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Create reusable implementation playbooks and best practices to scale the function.
