SamedayAI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in Utah, traveling to customer sites to deploy and integrate our AI agents with home-service CRMs and systems.

You will own deployments end-to-end, collaborate with founders, and build repeatable playbooks for scalable ops.

This role blends engineering, solution architecture, and customer problem solving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals with production-grade software experience.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, data models, and distributed systems.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and executives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer deployments and configurations.
• Integrate with customer systems using REST/GraphQL and webhooks.
• Scale and tune AI agents and personas.
• Be the technical point of contact for customers.
• Address production issues, data quirks, and edge cases.
• Collaborate with founders and engineering on new features.
• Create repeatable playbooks for deployment and automation.
