Job summary

Kadant Black Clawson LLC in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Welder - First Shift (T-F 6 AM to 4:30 PM) to assemble and weld components per blueprints using TIG, MIG, Flux Core or Stick processes. Certifications required, with at least 3 years of welding experience in stainless and carbon steel.

You will operate brake presses, hydraulic presses, drill presses, and hydraulic rollers, maintain a clean work area, and record all job transactions and hours while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• ASME 9 and AWS D1.1 certifications on stainless and carbon steel required.
• Minimum 3 years welding MIG, TIG and Flux Core experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools; adherence to safety and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welds components to specifications using TIG, Flux Core, MIG or Stick.
• Verifies parts are prepared, fabricated and braced for the weld.
• Operates brake press, hydraulic presses, drill press and hydraulic rollers.
• Maintains and cleans equipment and work area.
• Records job transactions and router hours.
• Follows attendance and safety policies; performs other duties as assigned.
