Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Prior leadership experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Familiarity with RF-controlled inventory systems.
• Experience handling food products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to shipping office personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all MRS policies and standard operating procedures.
• Address and resolve issues involving customers, carriers, and drivers.
• Manage Over, Short, and Damaged (OS&D) claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation for accessorial charges.
• Oversee employee performance and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Monitor operations to ensure alignment with benchmarking standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Contribute to hiring and staffing decisions through feedback and recommendations.
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions held outside of regular hours.
• Take part in incident investigations and reporting processes.
• Provide coverage for other supervisors during scheduled time off.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
