Job summary

Lineage Foodservice Solutions (LFS) in Attalla, AL is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, support team performance, and ensure customer needs are met.

You will supervise the warehouse team, coordinate shipments, schedule resources, and maintain safety, productivity and quality standards, working with Operations leadership.

This role requires 2 years leadership experience, WMS proficiency, and the ability to lift 40 lbs and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job completion while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
