Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. You will drive inventory accuracy, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in warehousing or logistics, including leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, ERP systems, and inventory control tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process optimization and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow to meet business and customer requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, resolving issues, optimizing layouts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while fostering a culture of workplace safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
