Job summary

Euclid Beverage, LLC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, and loading of products. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will lead teams, maintain high standards for efficiency and customer service, and possess experience with RF scanners and inventory management software.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory management software systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Work the required hours: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, in partnership with the Operations Manager.
• Lead and coach warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory, investigate discrepancies, and maintain records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and monitoring warehouse equipment conditions.
• Assist with workforce planning, special projects, and operational needs to ensure efficient warehouse performance and customer service.
