Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse & DC Supervisor to lead a team on the day shift. You will drive engagement, productivity, quality, accuracy, and safety in inbound/outbound activities while coordinating with inventory, customer solutions, sales, and warehouse operations.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field and 3+ years in distribution with at least 2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business preferred.
• 3+ years of distribution experience, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates to pick, pack, and ship orders to customers.
• Oversee returns and other secondary production functions within the department.
• Plan staffing and monitor workflow to meet daily targets and service levels.
