Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS/GED with 7 years of experience.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of lean principles and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Direct warehouse personnel; provide training on duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Establish work schedules and procedures; prepare reports and coordinate with other supply-chain units.
• Communicate with Deluxe Vendors and respond to customer service emails.
