Deluxe in Everett, WA is seeking a Warehouse/Operations lead to oversee logistics, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will direct warehouse staff, schedule workflows, and coordinate with supply-chain units and vendors to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar environment, leadership experience, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. Competitive benefits and incentives are included, with base pay in the listed hourly range.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with HS/GED in similar roles.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Strong PC skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Lean concepts and quality improvement knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory).
• Manage warehouse personnel; provide direction and train staff on duties, safety, and company policies.
• Establish work schedules and procedures; coordinate with other supply-chain units and departments.
• Communicate with Deluxe vendors and respond to customer service emails as needed.

This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
