Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Sedalia, MO is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Supervisor to lead first-shift warehouse, shipping and aftermarket operations. This hands-on role requires supervision, inventory flow oversight, and daily shipping execution to keep processes moving smoothly.

You will develop team capability, drive continuous improvements, and ensure safety and accountability across the operation while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including inventory control and shipping flow.
• 1+ year of experience in team supervision or as a team lead.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and delegates work to maximize man-hours, skills, and equipment.
• Anticipates production problems and devises procedures to offset interruptions.
• Involved in recruitment, training, goal-setting and performance management of staff.
• Coordinates and participates in training programs for employees.
• Inspects machines and equipment and enforces safety rules and housekeeping.
• Supervises safety, investigates accidents, conducts departmental inspections and training.
