Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead a Sedalia, MO manufacturing value stream, driving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. The role requires hands-on leadership, Lean implementation, and a track record of delivering measurable results in fast-paced production settings.

The ideal candidate will build and develop a high-performing team, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and align operational strategies with annual plans while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Demonstrated success developing employees and building high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements, business growth, and operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Job Overview

The Value Stream Manager is a key operations leader responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial performance within the Sedalia manufacturing facility. This role leads and develops high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
