• 1+ years in team supervisory or as a team lead.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and delegates work to optimize man-hours, skills and equipment.
• Anticipates production problems and mitigates interruptions.
• Involved in recruitment, training, goal-setting and performance management of staff.
• Coordinates and participates in warehouse training programs.
• Inspects equipment and enforces safety policies and housekeeping.
• Oversees safety initiatives, investigations, inspections and training.
