Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years in warehouse operations, including inventory control and shipping flow.
- 1+ years in team supervisory or team lead role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes and delegates work to optimize man-hours and equipment.
- Anticipate production problems and implement procedures to offset losses.
- Recruit, train, set goals and manage performance of production staff.
- Coordinate and participate in training programs for employees.
- Inspect machines and equipment; enforce safety and housekeeping.
- Supervise safety and follow up on incidents and inspections.
