Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, safety-conscious warehouse environment. You will handle receiving, storage, and distribution of beverage products while maintaining accurate records and ensuring quality control throughout the process.

The role emphasizes forklift operation, equipment safety, and adherence to GMP standards, with opportunities to develop expertise in material handling and warehouse automation systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling Equipment.
• At least six (6) months of Forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/Human Machine Interface skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong math/reading/writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) for each task according to SOPs.
• Counts goods returned from sales or delivery personnel.
• Interacts with automation systems, voice pick system, and warehouse management systems.
• Operates forklifts and related equipment safely to store, stage, and load products.
• Performs pre-trip checks on machinery and basic maintenance as needed.
• Keeps workspace clean; supports janitorial tasks.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety guidelines; complies with safety policies.
