Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm). You will lead daily warehouse activities and supervise a team, coaching staff to improve performance while ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanner systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field. AS9100/ISO familiarity and 3PL warehousing experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
