Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Gretna, NE is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for 1st shift to lead daily warehouse activities and elevate team performance. You’ll supervise, train, and coach staff, ensure efficient operations, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse scanners, and flexibility for overtime. Bachelor's in Logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
