Job summary

Knight-Swift Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations. You will lead a team, enforce safety standards, and coordinate receiving, packing, and shipping to optimize efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse/3PL supervision, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with WMS. Spanish is a plus. The position is on-site in Texas, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse or 3PL management with supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with WMS, barcode scanners, and related warehouse technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and work independently.
• Proven track record of fostering high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outbound orders meet quality standards and resolve issues.
• Utilize WMS and systems to track orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly operational reports.
