Winland Foods, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the 1st shift at 1 Quality Place, Buckner, KY.

You will lead the warehouse team to meet production and quality goals while ensuring sanitation, safety, and GMP compliance. The role requires strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate materials, equipment, and staff to maintain production schedules and drive continuous improvement across the site.

• 4-year degree in business, logistics or related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience in logistics or warehouse role as Lead or higher.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
