CHEP Wilmington MA is seeking a dynamic Shift Lead for the 1st shift to drive safety, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse. You will mentor employees, lead by example, and ensure on-time production with strict adherence to policies and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as warehouse lead or operations lead in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work first shift 6am-2:30PM.
• Ability to supervise hourly production staff and train.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example within the assigned functional area, guiding peers and ensuring smooth production operations.
• Support production activities and maintain workflow during shifts.
• Collaborate with plant admin to ensure compliance with policies.
• Enforce inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on leadership and training to staff.
