Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high‑performance team on the 1st shift. You will motivate staff, coach performance, and ensure safety, quality, and accountability across daily operations.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, managing inventory audits, and partnering with leadership on staffing and resources. Requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience and familiarity with WMS systems and common office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with WMS systems (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400 a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team through shift meetings, coaching, and open communication.
• Drive productivity and quality goals by adjusting workflows and resources.
• Oversee inventory and audit processes to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and empower team through training and cross-training.
• Prioritize safety with monthly meetings and daily safety observations.
