Job summary

Crane is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the first shift in Buckeye, AZ. The role ensures efficient inventory handling, KPI tracking, and safe operation within an on-site warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include leading a team, pulling parts per orders, inspecting incoming materials, and maintaining organized courier areas. Requires 2–3 years in warehousing and a high school diploma; health and safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
• 2–3 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and identify problems with client KPI’s.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for all employees, contractors and clients.
• Pulls parts in accordance with job packages or order verifications, and tags the parts with item number, quantity, and description.
• Receives and inspects incoming materials, ensuring all items are verified against a packing slip, purchase order, or other documentation.
• Performs counts to support the cycle count process, store materials in proper inventory location, secures the cargo area in accordance with company requirements.
• Maintains the warehouse and cargo area in accordance with company housekeeping policy
• Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
