Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a DC Warehouse Lead in Reno to supervise daily fulfillment activities, manage workloads, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping.

You will guide teammates, monitor workflow, and enforce safety procedures. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years of warehouse experience, and strong communication skills; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer prior distribution/warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• 5 years of directly related experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to operate forklifts and be forklift certified.
• Ability to read and interpret orders and numbers in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitors workflow and directs others in assigned department.
• Keeps supervisor updated on progress and challenges.
• Responsible for daily workloads being completed.
• Performs tasks requiring judgment, independent analysis and detailed knowledge.
• May assist in training or retraining of new or current employees.
• Conducts self in manner that portrays safety, productivity and professionalism.
• Operates lift equipment safely when required.
