Job summary

The role involves operating RF scanners and forklifts, following SOPs, and maintaining safety and accuracy. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be able to work with minimal supervision; forklift training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a distribution/warehouse environment or equivalent work experience including the operation of heavy equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to become certified through the Sally Beauty Lift Truck Training Program to operate a forklift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners or paper-based picking using powered industrial equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking activities.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
