Compensation starts at $24.00 per hour with overtime available at $36.00 per hour. The position requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience and familiarity with MS Office and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI which consistently meet safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance goals.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload using WMS down to the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve daily order issues.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
